I own and run two healthcare practices: Göta Dental, specialist orthodontics, and JQ.Klinik, aesthetic injectables. I have introduced AI in both, in telephony, booking flows, email handling and marketing. Some of it worked straight away. Some had to be rebuilt twice. A couple of things I should have reviewed before putting them into service rather than afterwards.

My background otherwise is quality and functional safety in process industry, reviewing certificates, formal evidence and documented risk assessments in settings where the documentation has to hold up to someone else's inspection. That is where the protocol gets its form.
